About Band
Darlingside began as an acoustic rock band formed by four singer-songwriters from Williams College, each with distinct musical interests and writing styles. Three months later, they added to their numbers a drummer, a bassist, and a cellist-guitarist-singer-songwriter. The result is an ensemble of music-makers who never write a song the same way. Their singer-songwriter-goes-rock-band style combines alternative, indie, rock, pop, and funk for an excitingly original sound that has been compared to dave matthews, snow patrol, and the chicago philharmonic.
