Bands come and go, but All of the Above will be around longer than most. Why? Jared and Evan aren’t just an acoustic folk/rock duo: They’re family.

Evan and Jared developed their talents and their passion for music while growing up together in Saskatoon Saskatchewan, and have been performing and co-writing together for years. As brothers they share a voice, so their songs feature harmonies that most artists could only achieve in a studio. As songwriters they keep it simple, telling honest stories that make you want to listen, with melodies that make you want to sing along. As a band, All of the Above delivers handcrafted songs using the subtle power of two acoustic guitars and two brothers’ voices.

All of the Above has performed at many different events around Saskatoon, including Taste of Saskatchewan 2005 and 2006, multiple shows at Mystic Java and McNally Robinson, as well as many short performances on the University of Saskatchewan Campus. Even after many years of performing together, Evan and Jared have only just begun their musical careers.

Their influences include The Barenaked Ladies, The Eagles, John Fogerty, Dave Matthews, Brooks and Dunn, Collective Soul, and Elton John. Come to one of their shows and you’ll not only hear their original songs, but also original arrangements and medleys of great songs that Jared and Evan are fans of.
