I come in the name of Baheem tha Activist, I chose the tag Activist because, this generation is not that familiar with the history and elements of hip-hop. I started writing rhymes at the age of nine with the influence of my cousin. Baheem was born and raised in Virginia Beach, Va the home of some of todays shining producers.Tha Activist released his first project in 1997 titled "Tracks of Life", this was followed by a series of underground releases "Theology of Rhyme"( 1999), "Hip-hop Activist" ( 2000), and many more . Baheem has performed in northern and southern Virginia as well as shows in North Carolina. Baheem describes his style as "street concious" because the culture came from the streets, and is full of awarness it's just not expressed by every artist today
